Noticed the deadline changed for week 3. Cool!
But I think Josh is right here for week 2. If those changes were after the deadline, then they shouldn't count.
Which means that specific roster was still illegal and loses 20pts. Josh should win that matchup for week 2.
Then we can move forward to the time change for week 3 onwards.
